Please note that compounding agreements are valid for three (3) years.
Keep a copy of your current agreement on file, as the Alberta College of Pharmacy
may review it during an inspection.

Re: Faxed Orders
To help us process your compound orders more efficiently and reliably, we encourage all pharmacy clients to use our online ordering portal. The portal provides a consistent way to submit complete order information and helps reduce delays that can occur with fax transmission. Fax orders are still accepted, but online ordering is our preferred method for the fastest and most dependable service.
Please note that faxed orders that are sent after 4:30pm will be processed the next business day (cut-off for same day processing of online orders is 5:30pm).
