Placing an Order
Once you have signed the compounding agreement and established an account with our pharmacy, you may proceed to register as a member on our platform. Following this, kindly await the approval of your membership by our team, after which you may proceed to complete the online order form with ease and convenience.

Shipping
Our delivery services to pharmacies come at no cost to our customers. However, for cold-chain products that are shipped outside of Edmonton, Leduc, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, and Stony Plain, we apply a Purolator shipping fee. The fee for refrigerated items is $50, while for freezer products, it is $60.

Payment Options
We offer three payment options for your convenience: credit card, e-transfer, and cash on delivery (available to clients in Edmonton only). To proceed with payment via e-transfer, kindly send the payment to crestwoodapothecary@shaw.ca. Please inform our staff of your preferred payment method to facilitate the payment process.
